- Delivery schedule — the times and frequency you choose for receiving messages
How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to:
- Send you personalized SMS text messages with words of encouragement at your chosen times
- Personalize the content of messages based on your selected life areas
- Manage your subscription and preferences
- Send you a welcome email if you provided your email address
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with any third parties. Your phone number is used solely by NudgeUp to deliver the SMS messaging service you signed up for.
SMS Messaging
NudgeUp sends recurring automated SMS text messages with personalized words of encouragement. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your selected schedule (up to 12 messages/day).
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at hello@nudgeup.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your phone number and preferences for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or opt out, we will stop sending messages. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Data Security
Your information is stored securely. Phone numbers and sensitive data are encrypted in our database. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
Third-Party Services
We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering text messages to you. Twilio is contractually obligated to use your information only for this purpose.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Update your preferences or delivery schedule at any time
