About NudgeUp
NudgeUp is a subscription service that delivers personalized SMS text messages with words of encouragement and empowerment. The service is designed to support personal growth and well-being by sending uplifting messages at times you choose.
Our service is provided by NudgeUp, operated at hello@nudgeup.com.
Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Free Trial: 7 days of SMS messages at no charge. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.
- Monthly Plan: $7.99 per month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Annual Plan: $79 per year, billed annually. Cancel anytime.
All paid plans are subscription-based and renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.
SMS Messaging
By signing up for NudgeUp, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages with personalized words of encouragement from NudgeUp at the frequency you select during signup.
- Message content: Personalized words of encouragement selected based on your chosen life areas (Confidence, Calm, Relationships, Career, or Joy)
- Message frequency: You choose how often you receive messages (every 1, 2, or 3 hours) and the delivery window (e.g., 8am to 8pm). Maximum frequency is up to 12 messages/day.
- Standard rates apply: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. NudgeUp is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.
- Opt out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at hello@nudgeup.com
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide an accurate phone number that you have the right to use
- Ensure your mobile plan allows SMS messages
- Keep your contact information up to date
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
Acceptable Use
NudgeUp is intended for personal well-being use only. You may not:
- Use the service to send unsolicited messages to others
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the service
- Attempt to extract or scrape message content or user data
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us at hello@nudgeup.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Because our service is delivered digitally via SMS, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days.
Service Availability
We strive to deliver messages reliably, but SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network conditions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for messages delayed or not delivered due to carrier issues.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the service for maintenance or updates, with reasonable notice where possible.

NudgeUp messages are for general motivational and well-being purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NudgeUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or by sending an SMS message. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
